Courses is a comprehensive education management tool designed to aide high school, trade school and college students in the tracking of class assignments, grades and GPA status. It features GPA calculations for multiple schools, Grade Policy definitions per school, Instructor details, user definable assignment types and much more.

Additional Features Include:

Flexibility in entering historical course and semester data; enter totals for past semesters and/or courses without putting in assignment details. This allows GPA calculations to include prior semester grades.

Detail reports display how the course grade, semester GPA and student GPA was calculated. Override calculated grade if desired.

Enter unlimited numbers of semesters, courses and assignments for one or more schools.

Course definition includes the schedule, location, number of credits and may have up to three instructors assigned.

Assignments may be defined with an assignment type that is graded or ungraded.

Assignment dates are color coded to alert you to current and overdue assignments.

The assignment filter setting is saved separately for each individual course. This allow you to view what is important for each courses.

On-screen text coloring alerts you to potential issues and status without annoying popup messages.

Integrated security may be activated to lock out viewing and editing of information. Multiple access levels allows user to set the security level they desire.
